LinkedIn has fantastic ways of cultivating a relationship with your contacts in that every day you will receive a note that somebody has a work anniversary, working for this company 

I send out one of three types of messages

First type of message is a short Video message

hiya [Name]

Congrats on your [number of years] work anniversary with [say the name of the company]

good luck to the next [repeat the number of years]

take care now

[your name]

Second type of message is a personal voice message which can only be send via the  mobile AP

hiya [Name]

Congrats on your [number of years] work anniversary with [say the name of the company]

good luck to the next [repeat the number of years]

take care now

[your name]

the third type of message is a text based script


First name,

Congrats on your [No of years] work anniversary with [fill in the name of company they are with]

It's a great company with great products!

As a small way to celebrate your success I wanted to give you this special gift. It’s [insert name].
