You must have backups!!

Every app you install stores data in the cloud.

Backups make it so much easier to set up a new phone when you upgrade.

I use iCloud backups — they’re cheap. (I am aware Google and others off different options at different prices

• Go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.

Manage your iCloud storage here and which apps get backed up.
Back up most of them given how cheap storage is.

You’ll pay a few £££'s and save yourself hours of work when you upgrade your iPhone. plus save a huge headache if you do lose your phone....

it also means all devices can access the iCloud
